What is the Career Accelerator Program? The Career Accelerator Program is a dynamic 12-week program  designed to help you effectively position you for industry roles. It’s a unique blend of coaching, training, and workshopping, helps transform the way you think about your career and your narrative. 

What does the program include?

The 12-week (6 month access) program includes:

• Virtual group sessions (90-min/session; 2 sessions/mo over 3 months) encompass coaching, training, and workshopping to instill industry knowledge, practical applications, and professional growth through collective learning and micro-workshopping.  All are sessions are recorded for your convenience.
• On-demand resources cover branding, positioning (CV, LinkedIn), job search, networking, interviewing, etc. Work at your own pace and use one-stop-shop of guides, templates, worksheets available to save you time and energy. 
• Community support is an essential piece of growth and development. Networking, group chats, discussions, group challenges, meet-ups, etc. are all available to harness the collective power of the community, learning, supporting, and celebrating each step forward. 
• Private coaching sessions are available throughout the program as an add-on. 
• Others: Office hours, guest speakers, etc. . . and many more!!!

What does the program schedule look like?  The live intensives occur bi-weekly on Tuesdays or Thursday 8PM EST / 5 PM PST for 1.5 hours. 

Are the sessions recorded? Absolutely! ALL sessions are recorded, so you can revisit them anytime and never miss out on valuable insights.

What kind of training does the program offer? On-demand training is accessible 24/7, covering navigating the industry, professional branding, CV, LinkedIn optimization, job searching, interviewing, networking, presentation skills, and more. Our micro-workshops focus on honing specific skill sets, especially interviewing and communication skills. 

What resources are provided? The program includes a wealth of done-for-you resources such as step-by-step guides, templates, AI prompts, and exercises to support various industry roles (MSLs, med comm, etc). Everything you need is centralized in one place. No more wasting time online!

How much time is required to commit to the program? The program is designed to be flexible; you can invest as much or as little time as your situation allows.
