Service Packages. Packages and prices may vary and are subject to change at any time. If rates change before this agreement has been signed and dated, the prevailing new rates will apply.
Cancellation / Refund Policy. For programs, no refunds. For private coaching packages, refunds will be issued within 1 week of purchase (for the unused sessions + 25% processing fee). Please email [email protected] for cancellations. Note that products and services expire 6 months from date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
Confidentiality and Proprietary Information.
In the course of the relationship created in this Agreement, the Client will have access to certain ideas, business methods, processes, pricing, systems, concepts, know-hows, designs, forms, information, copyrightable materials, collectively known as ‘Propriety Information’ Client acknowledges to maintain Proprietary Information confidential and shall neither use for itself beyond the scope of what it was intended for use or disclose to any third parties.
Copyright Ownership. In accordance with this Agreement, Talmedica owns all copyrights in any and all work(s) it creates or produces pursuant to federal copyright law (Title 17, Chapter 2, Section 201-02 of the United States Code), whether registered or unregistered. Any and all products, whether tangible or intangible, produced or created in connection with, or in the process of fulfilling this Agreement, are expressly and solely owned by Talmedica and may be used in the reasonable course of the coaching business.
Non-Defamation. The Client shall not, during the course of the service or at any time thereafter, directly or indirectly, in public or private, in any manner or medium to deprecate, impugn or otherwise make any comments, writings, remarks or other expressions that would or could be construed to defame or discredit Talmedica's reputation.
